Our expert Exercise Physiologist in Joondalup delivers personalised, clinically supervised exercise programs for people living with chronic health conditions or recovering from injury or surgery.
We also offer group classes to enable clients to benefit from our clinically supervised programs in a more social environment.

Appointments are available in person at our Joondalup clinic.
Our exercise physiology approach
Our Exercise Physiologists design programs that are tailored to your health needs, abilities and goals.

Group exercise programs
We also offer group-based exercise programs that provide a supportive and social environment for building strength, confidence and consistency.
Group programs are suitable for many people managing long-term conditions and offer a cost-effective way to stay active under clinical supervision.

Dayn Hedley
Exercise Physiologist
Dayn is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with a passion for helping people improve both their physical and mental health through sustainable exercise habits. He works at our Joondalup and Osborne Park locations. Dayn has several years of experience working with people of all ages, from children to older adults including people with chronic health conditions. In particular, he demonstrates a keen interest in the management of cancer through exercise and how this can be used as an adjunct therapy.
Dayn has worked with clients under Chronic Disease Management, DVA, NDIS and worker’s compensation schemes. Dayn graduated from Edith Cowan University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Rehabilitation and has since been working in community-based health. He also has experience in the disability sector working as a Disability Support Worker.
Fees & rebates
Exercise physiology session fees apply and will be discussed at the time of booking.
Time 2 Manage Exercise class specifically for people with type 2 diabetes. Our program includes 1 initial session and then 8 group classes for $100.95, after rebates are applied. Rebates will be discussed when booking.

- You have a GP referral, with or without a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan
- You hold eligible private health insurance
- You are a DVA Gold or White Card holder (with GP referral)
Eligibility for rebates and any out-of-pocket costs will be discussed when booking.
Please note: Fees apply and will be advised at the time of booking. Medicare rebates may be available with a valid referral, or you may be eligible to claim through your private health insurance. Out-of-pocket costs may apply. Eligibility for rebates is the client’s responsibility to confirm. Full fee due at time of appointment.
